Seth turned 4 Monday the 29th...sure is hard to believe. He will start Pre-K this August. Time sure does fly! We had a family get-together Saturday for his birthday. He wanted a Mario cake, so his mom took him to a wonderful place here in Macclenny called "Sugar and Spice" and Mrs. Livingston made his cake...she does such a wonderful job and the cakes are always good. She has been doing this a while...I can remember when she made my daughters cake for her 5th or 6th birthday...Strawberry Shortcake...it was adorable. Anyway, the weather was beautiful, just a bit windy. It was a little hard keeping the candles lit for Seth to blow out..lol
He got new swing set for his birthday (actually it is shared by Sion, who will turn 2 in May) and I do believe if it had taken 10 more minutes to get it together, he would have just fell out...he was so excited!! His dad and Be-pa Tim spent 2 days putting this thing together!
Seth supervised from the ladder a lot during construction! Glad he had something to entertain him while the construction was in progress...lol
Little Sion who will turn 2 May 29th really enjoyed his cake and ice cream. There is a haircut (his first) in the near future...goodbye cute curls!! Seth's hair was just like this before his first haircut. Now it is straight as a board! Dang!
Here is a pic of one of the ATC's that I did for a swap. The theme was LOVE. The other one I was in a hurry to mail and forgot to get a pic. I will post it when the swap comes back.
I've got to run for now, so I will TTYL.

Rain, rain go away...
Maybe, just maybe the rain will miss us today...you see...here where we live in North Florida it has rained every day since last Monday (the 18th). So far to date we have had over 15 inches!!! yes 15 inches...to say we are wet is an understatement! My poor garden...it was doing so well...now...I don't want to talk about it.
Anyway, what have I been up to besides baleing water out of my garden and backyard?? Last weekend was my SIL and BIL's 30th anniversary and they renewed their vows and yes it rained...it poured! My BIL planned everything and my SIL was so surprised. We had a great turnout and everyone had a wonderful time. I tried my hand at a new card for their anniversary. It is called a tri-fold pocket card. There is a tutorial over at the Split Coast Stampers site. Here is how mine turned out.
I thought it turned out pretty good for my first try.
I have also joined a Scrapbooking and Crafting group over at http://www.scrapbookingcraftingfriends.ning.com/ . I joined 2 of their design teams...this is a new one for me. Anyway, one group is an ATC and Rolodex design team and our first challenge was to alter a rolodex card. I have always wanted to alter a rolodex but never have so this is my start. I decided that the topic for my rolodex is "Important things that I better not forget". It will have sub catagories. One is going to be for birthdays and another is going to be for web addys and logins and those blasted passwords that I constantly forget! I'm sure I will add more as I go. So it is started and here is the first card.
I also altered a notebook for the 2nd group. These were lots of fun to do and I am anxious to get busy on some more things. And yes, we are still feeding Olivia (O-wiv-i-a) and she is becoming quite the young lady...sort of...lol.
Because of all the standing water she's having to learn how to swim, which is really shaping her up. Just kidding...Here are a few pics that I took last weekend.
Seth thinks she is so cute!
This weekend we will celebrate Sion's 1st birthday! It is so hard to believe that he is turning 1. I will post some pics after the party.
Well my son just came in and told me that we should start drying out next week. So that is good news. Now we get to look forward to hurricane season starting Monday, June 1st. Never a dull moment...lol.
