Sion my youngest grandson turned 2 on May 29th. Due to a series of unfortunate events... my mom ending up in the hospital May 28th for a week and then work schedules colliding the next weekend and then the following weekend I ended up in the hospital overnight...we did not get to celebrate his birthday until the weekend of June 12th...which was my daughter's (his mom) birthday. I don't think he was none the wiser that it was 2 weeks late. My daughter the poor thing, had to take a back seat....oh well...lol
Still can't figure out how he managed to get his ice cream to stand up like that...the kids got talent!!
Well since he turned 2 it was finally time for that dreaded 1st haircut. He didn't dread it, actually he did quite well. It was mama and me that were dreading all those pretty curls being gone. When his hair was wet it came down to the middle of his back! His daddy and Be-Pa were really tired of everyone calling him a girl...but...but...but...those curls...they will be gone...and so it began...
and continued...
nope, son it is going to be too short for curlers...
and continued...
look at those curls...and she had already swept the floor once before this...but check out the little man in the next pic...he is still such a cutie...even with all the curls gone.
I have finally found a happy place between my biz and my scrapbooking...took me a little while to get a handle on everything. I have been cleaning and sorting and re-organizing and I am ready to get back to scrappin'. I did take a few minutes to put together this card for Father's Day. The paper is from Basic Grey and the image is from an Ephemera CD that I have...it's amazing what you find when you clean and sort!!
I finished a baby book for my Sister-in-Law of her grandson. Sion thought it was pretty cool when I showed it to him...he only had one question..."Where me"? So guess what I am finally going to start on (with him being 2 years old)? Yes...his album...finally!!
So wish me luck...will post more later!

Cindy,
He looks really cute with his cut. My great grandson got his 1st hair cut when he was 1. He also had those curls. Love your blog.
