I've Been Spring Cleaning...

Well, I have spent the last 2 weeks Spring cleaning and organizing my scrap place. Do you ever truly get them cleaned and organized?? Well, I am trying. I moved out an old desk and replaced it with an old bookcase, which is now loaded down...lol. I repurposed several items that were either in storage or in different parts of the house. Here's some pics...the first one is the bookcase with an old curio wall cabinet sitting on top holding my primas and silk flowers as well as an old jar of vintage buttons. The crazy quilt in the hoop on the wall is one that my great-grandmother started and never finished. Some of the pieces are stitched and some are not. I love it!!

This pic shows a wall cabinet that hung in my kitchen years ago (can you tell I don't throw much out?). It has been repurposed as my wood stamp rack. As you can see, I have just started collecting. I also have some of my ribbon hung on mini coat hangers hanging on the pegs on the doors.

This pic is my Expression station.

This is my sewing station, right next to my Expression station. I also have my pegboard and shelves that hold my supplies. The ones on the top shelves don't get used as much as the others, so they are up and out of the way.

Next is my work desk...excuse the mess, but it usually looks like this so this is not unusual.

Here are some pages that I have completed for the album that I am finishing up. It is a gift from my niece to my sis-in-law for Mother's Day.
